Regional Sales Manager

Job Brief:

We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales achievement, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management

Minimum Academic Qualification:

B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / BSc (Computer) with MBA degree (preferred / desirable) from reputed college/university

Relevant Experience: 3-5 years in Cellular wireless domain (preferably in T&M industry)

Job Location: Bangalore


  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition index
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs
  • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets


  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales cycle from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Understanding of Cellular wireless industry and products

Soft Skills Required:

  • Self-starter and quick learner
  • Should be able to work as part of a sales team or as an individual contributor
  • Experience of selling a technical product in B2B environment
  • Ability to communicate easily with customer about techno commercial issues

Travel: Moderate to frequent travelling within and outside India.
